If you are a domestic abuse victim requesting to disconnect remote vehicle access, you must provide the following:

  1. VIN
  2. Proof of legal possession of the vehicle (Domestic violence restraining order that awards possession or exclusive use of the vehicle, Temporary Court Order, Dissolution decree, or Legal Title)
